I subcontracted the development of a FeliCa-related system. Who should purchase SDK for NFC, the principal company or its subcontractor?
In most cases, the company that develops the system purchases SDK for NFC. It is, however, also acceptable that the principal company purchases SDK for NFC and registers the engineer of the subcontracted company.
