If you already have an account with an applicable Sony group service, you can sign in by entering your registered email address and password.

Please follow the guideline below when creating or changing the password associated with the account.

• Must not include 3 or more consecutive identical characters.
  　Example: 333 or BBB
• Must not include 3 or more consecutive characters.
  　Example: 345 or ABC
• Must be at least 8 characters.
• Must include at least 2 different types of characters (letters, numbers or symbols(!, @, #, &, etc.)).
• You cannot use the same string as your sign-in ID (email address).

You can create a new account by performing the steps below.

1. Select [Start].
   
2. Enter your sign-in ID (email address), password, re-enter your password, then select [Next].
   
3. Enter your profile, then select [Next].
   
4. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then select [Agree and Create Account].
   
5. Check [I'm not a robot], then select [Continue].
   
6. A verification email will be sent to the sign-in ID (email address) you created. Open the email and press the [Verify] button, then press the [I Verified] button on the email virification screen.
   * If the verification email does not reach you, please see the"If you do not receive the verification email" section.
   
   
7. An email notification stating that you have finished creating your account will be sent to the sign-in ID (email address) you created, and account creation will be complete.
   
   

   Go here if the error message "This session has expired." appears.

   If the error message "Your email address has already been verified. Sign in to use the service." appears, you can use the service by signing in.
