As of April 1, 2021, Sony Electronics Corporation, Sony Imaging Products & Solutions Inc., Sony Home Entertainment & Sound Products Inc. and Sony Mobile Communications Inc. were integrated into one company, and the integrated company is named “Sony Corporation”. (For clarity, the previous Sony Corporation is renamed “Sony Group Corporation” on the same day.)
In connection with the integration above, the terms “Sony Electronics Corporation”, “Sony Imaging Products & Solutions Inc.”, “Sony Home Entertainment & Sound Products Inc.” and/or “Sony Mobile Communications Inc.” under applicable license agreements, terms of service and privacy policies for Sony’s products and services are replaced by the term “Sony Corporation” as of April 1, 2021.
