Please can you only use our responses to you for the purpose of considering whether you want to license this technology from Sony. • Sony will use the personal information provided by you such as name, address, telephone number and Mac address (collectively "Personal Information") to the extent necessary for response to your questions and provision of licenses and services of 360 RA technologies ("Purpose") in accordance with this privacy policy. Sony will keep the Personal Information for an appropriate period for the Purpose and delete it after such period unless otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.

• So that we can carry out the purposes above, there may be occasions when some of the information you give to us may be shared with Sony group companies and any subcontractors we retain. When we say "Sony group companies", we mean Sony Corporation and any legal entities controlled by Sony Corporation.
